It would be great if everyone saw someone that needed help and didn't think twice about it before helping them. But not everyone is as compassionate as that. You can't force anyone to do something that they don't want to do like assisting someone that needs it. I do not think that it should be illegal to not do something about someone in need. It is someones right to decide what to do when it comes to helping another person. It is not up to the government or the law to decide what someone does. No matter how nice it would be to be sure someone would always help you if you needed it you cant force anyone to do that.

Should it be illegal to not help someone in need?
It would be great if everyone saw someone that needed help and didn't think twice about it before helping them. But not everyone is as compassionate as that. You can't force anyone to do something that they don't want to do like assisting someone that needs it. I do not think that it should be illegal to not do something about someone in need. It is someones right to decide what to do when it comes to helping another person. It is not up to the government or the law to decide what someone does. No matter how nice it would be to be sure someone would always help you if you needed it you cant force anyone to do that.
