An unfair rule here at Olympian High School is having no ipods in class,sure their a distraction in class but what about using them only after a test or a quiz. So when students are done they have something to do and not distract the other students while they finish their work. Students are a lot more quiet when they are listening to music and it helps the others finish without making any noises , but for some students having nothing to do they would most likely ,talk to someone.I can agree that they are a distraction during a lesson but they can be helpful tools since technology has made most ipods or phones able to access the internet for a dictionary to look up words, for example. Ipods can also help students relax after a test or quiz and get ready for the next lesson in class.
