Controversal Policy at School - No Electronics
A policy that I think should be changed is the "no electronics during class" policy. I understand that we should not use our iPods and cellphones while we are being taught because we would not be able to learn. However, we should be allowed to use our electronics after we take a test or when we are doing independent work. If we could listen to our music after we finish a test, we would be less of a disturbance to those who are still taking the test because we are busy with our iPod. Similarly, if we are given work to do independently and we are allowed to talk to students around us to ask for help, we could concentrate better while listening to their iPods; the music can block the background noises.
