Should the common person be forced by law to help a person in need? I disagree with that because no one should do what they do not want to do. If it was a really bad situation and that person got involved, something could happen to the person. No one wants to be in that situation of trying to help out someone and getting hurt in the process. If it was something like helping an old person, then that would be okay. If that is the situation, then a person should want to help anyway, not because they have to. But if there was a serious situation, I do not think any person would want to be that much involved with something like that. So, I do not think helping a person in need should be forced by law.
