Helping Out

Should It be a law to force us to help out? Well I disagree that it should be a law to help others because it should be already be your sense to help someone out in need , not just standing there doing nothing . Not all people help out others and even if their force to help a lot of people would not do anything but at times theirs people that like to stay out of bad situations , so they should not have to be force to help. As human beings we should know whats the right thing to do like if someone is getting mugged or getting beat our instincts should know when ever to help or not and to help make our home very helpful to those in need
