Sometimes when we see people in trouble or in need of help we go and help them immediately, because that is our instinct as human beings. But some people do not have that instinct as much as others and they do not really help people a lot. All in all, I think people should not be forced to help others, or be punished if they do not help others because everybody has their choice of if they want to help people or not.
A teacher here in campus told us an anecdote where he was walking home from school and he saw two girls fighting. So, he did what any teacher would do, he went to break up the fight. The next day, the principle called him and told him that he was not supposed to break up the fight, that only certain teachers are certified to do so; if while breaking up the fight he would have accidentally hurt one of the girls he could have gotten into trouble. Thus, I think people should not be forced to help others because they could get in trouble or simply because that is not their nature.
