Should we by law help people out that are in need? I say it depends. For one it would be really nice if people did help people out all the time but what if you did not and it was a law? will you get a fine or go to jail for a few days? People help others out every single day but some are left out, how do they feel like? It feels horrible for it happened to me once, getting beat up and people are around but they do not say a word or try to break it up but when you do help a person out it feels stupendous, seeing that smile on there face and them saying thank you yeah it feels good. If it was a law, how would people help all at once for example- there is an old lady that fell down on a sidewalk there are people walking, people driving cars, on bikes inside buildings everybody sees that the old lady is in dire need, they all go at once and try and help her out and the people that did not get a fine would that be fair. No because there were already a bunch of people there so it was not necessary for them to help out. So should it be a law I say no.
