Personal Growth - Tyrice Simmons


Before break I was all stressed out about tests I took but during break I found a way to release all the stress. My personal growth over the break was working out to releive stress. By working out more I relieved all the stress I had about the tests I took and other things I was stressed out about. So far working out more has been helping me relieve stress I have. Also the releif of the stress helped me focus more.
